We do the free cost analysis for SBA Members, which allows them to see current spendings and work flow. We then will look at a solution that makes sense both financially and work wise. Because so many businesses try to go paperless we offer a machine that can accommodate the paper and paperless goals based on their needs. We have had clients that have had machines not capable of handling their current work load so they spend tons on toner or ink yet they think they save money cause the machine is low cost and they aren’t in a lease.
We usually can save businesses on monthly spending, but we can never guarantee that just because it is such a variable. However we show them how they can save money and spend their money differently.
